{"id":3574,"date":"2023-10-11T11:36:14","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T11:36:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiangenericmedicines.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=3574"},"modified":"2024-04-30T11:55:26","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T11:55:26","slug":"buy-darzalex-100mg-and-400mg-single-vial-online","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/indiangenericmedicines.com\/af\/hematology\/buy-darzalex-100mg-and-400mg-single-vial-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Darzalex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daratumumab (Darzalex) injection <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is a CD38-directed cytolytic antibody widely used for the treatment of adult patients with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0a type of blood cancer known as <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">multiple myeloma (MM):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with drugs lenalidomide (D-Rd) and dexamethasone in newly diagnosed patients who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(ASCT) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (MM) who have previously been treated with at least one therapy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with drugs bortezomib, melphalan, and prednisone (D-VMP) in newly diagnosed patients who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(ASCT)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with medicines bortezomib, thalidomide, and dexamethasone (D-VTd) in newly diagnosed patients who are eligible for autologous stem cell transplant <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(ASCT)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with medicines bortezomib and dexamethasone in patients who have received at least one prior therapy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with therapeutic drugs carfilzomib and dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) who have been treated with 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In combination with medicines pomalidomide (D-Pd) and dexamethasone in patients who have previously been treated with at least a couple of treatments including lenalidomide (D-Rd) and a proteasome inhibitor (PI)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As monotherapy, in patients who have been treated with at least three prior lines of treatment including a PI and an immunomodulatory agent, or who are double-refractory to a proteasome inhibitor (PI) and an immunomodulatory agent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"width: 100%;text-align: left;margin-left: 0\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Dosage and Side Effects of Darzalex Injection<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The recommended dose of Daratumumab injection <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">is 16 mg\/kg actual body weight administered (in combination with other medications) as an intravenous (IV) infusion. Pre-medicate with corticosteroids, antipyretics, and antihistamines.
