Leukemia is cancer of the blood and marrow present in the bones. Leukemia is said to happen when there is a problem with the production of the blood cells. Leukemic cells are different from the normal cells as their DNA is altered\/damaged. The damage of the DNA causes the cells to grow rapidly and continuously without any restriction. Soon the healthy cells, after the completion of their life cycle are replaced by the faulty cells. Some of the risk factors of developing Leukemia includes artificial radiation, virus infections, alkylating chemotherapy agents, smoking. There are various types of the treatment option available for treating Leukemia. Treatment option depends on the type of leukemia , person\u2019s age and overall state of health.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>

Lymphoma is the term coined for the cancer of the lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are the infection fighting cells of the immune system. They are normally present in the lymph nodes, spleen, thymus and bone marrow. Due to the alteration in the DNA there is a huge production of the lymphocyte which are faulty in nature. There are 2 main types of the lymphoma:- Non- Hodgkin<\/strong> & Hodgkin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The both types of lymphoma\u2019s involves different types of lymphocyte cells. Non- Hodgkin is more common type of lymphoma.
