It is a kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors are ALK\/ROS1-positive.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pediatric patients aged 12 months and older and young adults with relapsed or refractory, systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) that is ALK-positive.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adult and pediatric patients aged 12 months and older with unresectable, recurrent, or refractory inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) that is ALK-positive.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"width: 100%; text-align: left; margin-left: 0;\" \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dosage and Side Effects of Crizotinib Capsule<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Metastatic NSCLC:<\/strong> The recommended dosage for patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is 250 mg.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Systemic ALCL:<\/strong> The recommended dosage for patients with systemic <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anaplastic large cell lymphoma (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ALCL) is 280 mg\/m2 based on body surface area.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Unresectable IMT:<\/strong> The recommended dosage for adults is 250 mg and 280 mg\/m2 for pediatric patients based on body surface area.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crizotinib<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> capsules orally twice daily with or without food. Swallow them whole without <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">crushing, chewing, breaking, or opening.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If a dose is missed, make up that dose unless the very next dose is due within 6 hours.
