• Piclib/ibrance palbociclib pills can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. The respective women should use appropriate contraception during treatment with targeted therapy and for at least 3 weeks (21 days) after the final dose.
• There is no deets regarding the availability of palbociclib in milk, its effects on the breastfed infant, or milk production.
