Dosage and Side Effects

  • Palbociclib should be taken orally with food at roughly the same time every day. The entire pill of palbociclib should be swallowed with water. Capsules that are broken, chewed, crushed, or unsealed should not be taken.

  • Mouth sores, low red blood cell counts, nosebleeds, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, thinning hair, diarrhea, and nausea are among the most frequent side effects.

  • Bruising, loss of breath, and male infertility are among the serious adverse effects of palbociclib.
